Payment
Credit card replenishment (for orders in Ukraine). If your order is fully equipped and ready for shipment, the manager tells you the details for payment. Within one day after payment, your order will be shipped.
Delivery

- Delivery of goods available in the cities of Ukraine, where its representation is (list of offices here).
- Your goods are reserved for a 3-day period, during which money must be credited to our current account. Otherwise, the goods are automatically removed from the reserve.
- After confirming the payment, we draw up a bill of lading and send the goods to you..
- After sending the goods, the manager will send you an SMS with the declaration number. To receive your goods, you must come to the office of the carrier company in your city, give the declaration number, present your passport.
- Delivery time from 1 to 3 days.
- Upon agreement with the Buyer, the goods may be shipped postpay.
Returns and Refunds
If, having opened a paid parcel, you find that the ordered goods do not suit you, you can return or exchange them.In accordance with the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", within 14 days from the date of purchase (in our case, from the day the parcel was received), you can return the ordered goods and get their value back. Also, exchange for another product is possible. If you cannot pick up replacement goods, you can leave the money on the store’s account and use this amount to pay for the next order.
In accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the following items are not subject to exchange and return: fabrics, tulle and lace fabrics, meter rugs, manicure, pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.), combs, massage combs and brushes, perfumes and cosmetics, personal hygiene items. Such goods can only be returned if a factory defect is found. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the goods are taken back if there are no visible signs of its use and only if it has all the price tags and other labels in an unused form, as well as in the presence of factory packaging. It is not allowed to put labels, addresses and other things on the packaging. When sending a parcel by mail, use additional packaging. Goods in boxes with printed addresses or pasted with tape without additional packaging are not accepted!
In the event of an exchange or refund, the customer pays for the delivery of goods to the store’s office. Delivery by courier is not paid in any circumstances. If the client decided not to exchange the goods, but to take the money, he will be returned only the cost of the goods at the time of purchase.

Personal Data Protection
The administration of the store informs all registered customers that the data entered when placing the order is stored in the store database glushilka.in.ua. This information is stored exclusively for internal use, and is processed in order to fulfill orders, conduct promotional and advertising campaigns, in compliance with the data protection requirements specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data.
Each client has the right to access his personal data, the right to make changes to them and may require the termination of the processing of his personal data.
The store administration has the right to provide customer personal data to other companies for advertising and promotional purposes in compliance with the rules specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data.
“Other companies” means companies that provide cargo delivery services (package delivery), sms-mail services (delivery of notifications of shipments and promotions), e-mail newsletters (subscription to store news) and more. For example, a store provides a customer address to a carrier company for delivery. Or, the same carrier uses the customer’s mobile phone number to send a message about the arrival of the goods. And other similar cases.
How quickly after placing an order I will receive a response on the availability of goods?
After placing your order, an automatic letter comes almost instantly with the order number, a list of the goods you ordered and the contact information that you reported. We recommend checking this information if an error occurs, for example, the phone number is incorrect, then we will not be able to reach you. Orders are processed on business days from 10 to 17 hours. Every hour we check the arrival of new orders, and try to call you as soon as possible or confirm your order by letter. If you did not receive an automatic letter, this means that the order has not been fully completed, and we do not know anything about it.
Goods on order
Upon receipt of the order, we will inform you the delivery dates of the goods you are interested in, if you are not satisfied with the terms, the order will be canceled. We do not accept prepayment for goods that we do not have in stock. We will only bill you when it is received by us. The terms can be different: if the goods are in Ukraine, then 7-10 days, if the goods must be ordered from the manufacturer, then 1-3 months.

Delivery of the order in parts
If at the time of placing the order some of the goods were missing, we can offer you to wait until the order is fully formed (if we can find these products for you within 2-7 days) or deliver your order in parts (if it is difficult to determine the complete set time, for example, the goods ordered from the manufacturer, and it is not known exactly when it will come to us). In this case, payment for delivery is made for each part separately.
